Coolicious frozen yogurt contains active
yogurt cultures.
Storage
The product is delivered and stored frozen (-18oC or below) and
then defrosted in a fridge prior to use. Once thoroughly thawed,
shake well and pour into the hopper of your soft serve machine.
The product has a shelf life of 18 months when frozen and 10 days
when defrosted and kept in a fridge.
